IGA supports developing countries to build capacity within the sectors of
general governance, health, education and finance.
IGA has managed projects in Ethiopia, Cambodia, Thailand, Vietnam, and Lao PDR.

& Proposal Development
Designing funding proposals for projects and programmes supported by major international donors: The Global Fund, World Bank, Inter-American Development Bank, Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA), Grand Challenges Canada (GCC), Gates Foundation, United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and UNAIDS.
Conducting economic analysis, innovative community-based innovations for rural economic development through sustainable income generation, micro-enterprise products/services development, business planning and marketing training.
Managing Projects & Programmes
Representing large international projects funded by World Bank, CIDA., UNDP, GCC, and Gates Foundation; maintaining active and participative dialogue with project partners and senior officials of national governments.
Directing teams of highly independent technical specialists, managers, support staff, trainers, advisors and consultants toward achieving project objectives, implementing effective management of change; encouraging a co-operative team approach to self-managed activities in decentralized project offices at multiple national levels.
Designing and documenting tailored baseline data collection parameters and realistic performance assessment indicators for evidence-based information systems in operations/procedures manuals, knowledge management platforms, progress reporting and sharing lessons learned & best practices.
Designing and implementing competency models, position descriptions, performance evaluation and performance-based compensation systems.
